Australia offers to be host of Pakistan-India crikect series

Cricket Australia CEO Nick Hockley has expressed eagerness to facilitate India-Pakistan cricket matches, emphasizing the organization’s commitment to fostering relationships with all member countries.

Speaking at a media event during the India-Pak fans gathering at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, Hockley reiterated Cricket Australia’s willingness to host matches involving Pakistan and India.

“We value our relationships with all member countries, and we’re excited about the prospect of hosting Pakistan and India again,” said Hockley. “If there’s an opportunity to support India-Pakistan cricket in any way, we’d be delighted to do so.”

Acknowledging the complexities of scheduling amidst a busy cricket calendar, Hockley noted the challenges in arranging matches between the two arch-rivals in the immediate future. However, he affirmed Cricket Australia’s interest in facilitating such encounters when feasible.
