Azam Swati granted bail in judicial complex case, confirms ATC

The Anti-terrorism court (ATC) has officially approved the bail for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Azam Swati in connection with the judicial complex vandalism case.

The hearing presided over by Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra saw the appearance of the investigative officer who was questioned about Swati’s presence during the incident.

The officer clarified that Swati was in the car at the time, although he was not visible in the footage. When asked if the custody of Azam Swati was necessary, the investigative officer responded negatively. Subsequently, the court proceeded to grant bail to Azam Swati in the case.
