Federal Cabinet greenlit the addition of 24 names to the Exit Control List (ECL).
The decision was made based on a summary circulated by the Ministry of Interior Affairs, with the approval of 24 names for placement on the ECL.
The Federal Cabinet’s decision aligns with the recommendations put forth by the Sub-Committee on ECL.
Additionally, the name of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Babar Awan, which was added to the ECL in December 2023 due to the Al-Qadir Trust case, has been approved for removal.
