Balochistan Cabinet swearing-in ceremony canceled for today

The planned swearing-in ceremony for the Balochistan cabinet at the Governor’s House was unexpectedly canceled on Thursday.

The Governor’s House spokesperson confirmed yesterday the scheduled ceremony, but today cited undisclosed reasons for its cancellation, stating that the oath-taking event will not occur as planned.

Originally, 14 ministers were set to be sworn in, including Ali Madad Jatak, Sadiq Imrani, Sardar Sarfraz Domki, Asfandyar Kakar, Zahoor Balidi, Sardarzada Faisal Jamali, Liaquat Lahri, and Bakht Kakar.

Additionally, Saleem Khosa, Sardar Abdul Rehman Khetran, Shoaib Noshirwani, Asim Kurd Gilo, Toor Utmakhil, and Noor Mohammad Domar from the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) were anticipated to become provincial ministers on this occasion.
