Adil Riaz Gondal, the CSS topper, shared his journey of preparing for the CSS exams during an interview.
He mentioned that he dedicated four years to preparing for the exams, emphasizing the significance of CSS in a Pakistan where unemployment and limited career prospects prevail.
According to him, despite challenges, CSS remains a viable option for university graduates.
He stressed the importance of hard work and persistence in overcoming the difficulties of the CSS exams, which comprise screening, written tests, interviews, and merit evaluations.
Gondal also highlighted the role of media in portraying bureaucrats positively and discussed the contemporary challenges that bureaucrats face.
