Government is trying everything on FATF, Pakistan not going to face any restrictions, assures Bilawal

Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that the government is trying everything on Financial Actions Task Force (FATF) and Pakistan will not be facing any restrictions.

Bilawal speaking about the floods in Pakistan said that Pakistan has faced the worst flooding in history as every seventh Pakistani was impacted by the floods.

He said that Sindh, South Punjab, Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were impacted by floods and the government has been trying its best to provide relief to flood affectees.

FM Bilawal also said that the government has been providing relief goods to flood affectees as many districts are still submerged in flood water.

Talking about the Russia-Ukraine war he said that Pakistan has been neutral in the war.

Bilawal also targeted Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan saying that he has said that he will come to free the people of Sindh after the elections but if Imran wins he will play with resignation even in that case too.

Bilawal questioned Imran Khan why was he doing the long march. He said that PTI Chairman was playing with democracy in the country.

Bilawal said that the people of Sindh have been at the forefront of the right to freedom and the people of Karachi have struggled against every dictator

Talking about the by-elections Pakistan Peoples party (PPP) Chairman said that the current by-elections are very important for the country. He said that he has been trying to collect funds for the people affected due to floods.

He further stated that elections are important but providing relief to flood affectees is more important. Urging people to cast vote for PPP he also said that he could not run a campaign for by-polls because flood affectees need the response more than ever.
