Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah has admitted that the government could not control inflation and it has increased due to the difficult decisions of the government.

He said that the Prime Minister and the coalition government were hopeful that immediate relief would be given to the people after the agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

Speaking at a press conference in Lahore, he said that it is the responsibility of the government to stop any armed group; adding that if PTI will come for a protest they must go to places fixed by the court. He said that if PTI or Imran Khan will try to go to Red Zone they will be stopped by force. He also said that if PTI will come with armed people then we shall have to stop them because it is our responsibility as government.

Declaring the policies of Imran Khan as anti-Pakistan, Sanaullah said that the coalition government partners have not done personal politics but we thought of the betterment of Pakistan. He accepted that they are getting political losses due to rising inflation in the country.
