Health Department introduces complaint hotline for patient convenience

Peshawar: The Health Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has launched a complaint hotline for the convenience of patients.

According to the Health Department, individuals coming for medical treatment can register their complaints on the complaint hotline in case of any grievances.

Officials from the Health Department have stated that upon receiving complaints, the relevant authorities will take necessary action. Furthermore, all hospitals have been instructed to display complaint hotline numbers prominently.
