Hezbollah attacks Israeli barracks after party members killed in drone strike

Hezbollah launched multiple attacks on Israeli military targets along the Lebanon-Israel border after four of its members were killed in Israeli airstrikes. The strikes targeted a car transporting Hezbollah members in Bafliyeh, Tyre. Israeli drones fired missiles at the vehicle, resulting in casualties.

In retaliation, Hezbollah attacked Israeli military sites, including destroying technical systems at the Ramia outpost. The escalation followed Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant’s visit to northern army positions, prompting further threats of war. Israeli forces retaliated with shelling and airstrikes, resulting in casualties on both sides.

The situation has raised concerns, with warnings of potential escalation conveyed by European sources to Lebanese officials. Additionally, Lebanese officials discussed documented Israeli attacks on civilians, stating the need for international investigation and compensation for damages.
