High-rise ‘Gulberg Marina’ launched

Another beautiful chapter in the artistic and architectural history of the capital was added when a unique high-rise project of Rawalpindi and Islamabad was inaugurated in the E-block of Gulberg Green, Islamabad.

The booking of ‘Gulberg Marina’ was initiated in the presence of many important personalities, including former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi. Speaking at the event, the General Manager of Gulberg Marina, Ziafat Abbasi, said that buyers will be able to pay in easy installments of four years with 20% reservation while the project will be completed in three years.

“The project has a total of 26 floors, including the ground floor, two floors for parking, three floors for shops, two floors for corporate offices, six floors for semi-furnished apartments and six fully furnished apartments. The project includes two passenger lifts, a cargo lift, two accelerators and two capsule lifts,” he further said.

While expressing his views, CEO, Gulberg Marina, Chaudhry Muhammad Gul Faraz, said that he was happy that Arif Consultant Engineers had designed this project and provided us with accurate and complete safety features as per our requirements. Speaking on the occasion, Faisal Iqbal Awan, CEO, Miskan 13 (Pvt) Ltd., said that Rafa Medical College and Rafa International Hospital are going to be built near Gulberg Marina. Islamabad’s largest project of 7,000 apartments is underway, just one kilometre from Gulberg Marinas. “In that sense, Gulberg Marina would be a profitable investment,” Awan added.
