Hollywood team in Pakistan to highlight rich culture

Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Attaullah Tarar, expressed on Wednesday that the upcoming Hollywood production showcasing Pakistani culture would serve as a significant milestone, allowing global audiences to delve deeper into the country’s rich heritage and projecting its positive image.

During his meeting with the visiting Hollywood production team, Tarar emphasized the importance of the film in bolstering Pakistan’s film industry.

Discussions centered around Pakistan’s cultural legacy, with the minister highlighting the progress made in the local film sector.

Tarar extended gratitude to the Hollywood team for their decision to spotlight Pakistani culture, citing it as a testament to the nation’s cultural richness.

He underscored Pakistan’s unique history, literature, music, and art, expressing confidence that the film would offer the world a fresh perspective on the country’s beauty and diversity.

Tarar also outlined government initiatives aimed at revitalizing the cinema industry, including tax incentives and concessions for local and foreign filmmakers.

The Hollywood delegation, comprising James MC Milan, Andrew James Fiero, Luisa Iskin, Sadia Ashraf, Badr Ikram, and Mashal Saqib, reciprocated the appreciation, pledging support for the growth of Pakistan’s film industry.
