Karachi: There has been a moderate increase in the value of the American dollar against the Pakistani rupee in interbank trading.
At the close of business on the first day of the trading week, a slight increase was recorded in the value of the American currency in the interbank market. The dollar witnessed a rise of 3 paisas closing at Rs. 278.24.
It is worth noting that at the end of the last trading day of the previous week, the dollar was pegged at Rs. 278.21 in the interbank market.
