On Friday, New Zealand’s batting coach, Luke Ronchi, expressed that transitioning from player to coach has been a positive experience.
In a video released by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Ronchi noted that he used to be a nervous player who put a lot of pressure on himself.
However, as a coach now, his role is to assist players in achieving their goals, drawing from his own experiences and insights gained from various parts of the world.
Ronchi, formerly of Islamabad United, emphasized the importance of cultural understanding in coaching, highlighting the value of getting to know different people and how they operate.
