PDM welcomes ECP’s decision of Imran Khan’s disqualification

General elections on time, PDM meeting expresses satisfaction over coalition government

Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) has welcomed the decision of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to disqualify Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan.

In a meeting of PDM, coalition satisfaction was expressed over the coalition government with the resolve to conduct the general elections on time.

The PDM meeting was presided over by the chairmanship of Maulana Fazlur Rehman. Talking to the media after the meeting, Fazlur Rehman said that it was a blessed day as the nation had gotten rid of the big calamity.

Lambasting the former prime minister he said that Imran Khan had met his end. He further said that the coalition parties knew about the problems faced by Pakistan since the time they had raised voices against the previous PTI government.

He said that it has been proved that he is neither honest nor trustworthy and Pakistan was faced with a hypocrite who has been proven to be the biggest international thief. He also said that selling the gift of a head of state into the market was a matter of shame as the same watch had passed on to its original owner through the shopkeeper.

Fazlur Rehman stated that because of a careful approach Pakistan had come out of the FATF grey list; further adding that Finance Minister Ishaq Dar was constantly trying to improve the economy of the country by bringing down the value of the dollar.

He said that the US was threatening Pakistan and Imran Khan is blaming the government is imported; he said that both Imran and America have the same goal to destroy Pakistan’s nuclear program.
