PTI hints at ban on Rana Sanaullah and Attaullah Tarar’s entry in Punjab next week

Fawad Chaudhry says CEC must resign otherwise he will be kicked out eventually

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has hinted on a ban on federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah and Punjab Home Minister Attaullah Tarar in the province after their government was formed next week.

Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf (PTI) Senior Vice President and former information minister Fawad Chaudhry stated in a press conference on Monday that the deputy speaker of Punjab Assembly, Dost Mazari, should ban Rana Sanaullah immediately on the basis of his statement on Monday night wherein he said that five PTI lawmakers could disappear during the voting for the province’s chief minister.

He added that if Mazari would not do so, PTI’s government, after its formation on July 22, might ban the two PML-N leaders from entry in the province.

He said that false cases were made against PTI leadership during the Azadi March as well as Punjab by-polls. He said that Shehbaz Gill was arrested whereas cases filed against Shibli Faraz and Zulfi Bukhari were false.

He said that PTI was ready for talks with Shehbaz Sharif after the announcement of new general elections in the country. He demanded that chief election commissioner (CEC) should resign otherwise he would be kicked out eventually. Fawad said that the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and its officials should be reconstituted.
