Hammad Azhar refuting claims regarding his involvement in May 9 incidents says he wasn’t in Lahore

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Farrukh Habib has alleged that their party’s ticket holders were being told to leave the party.

He said, “We have two ticket holders in Okara, one of them’s under-construction house is being demolished, while the other’s business is being destroyed.”

In a tweet, from PTI’s official account, Farrukh Habib was quoted as saying, “Our ticket holders are being told to leave the party, vengeance will be stopped, If these people cannot compete with Imran Khan in the election field, then they have resorted to cruelty and brutality, Constitution and law have been trampled underfoot, democracy has been discredited.”

On the other side, former federal minister and PTI leader Hammad Azhar has refuted the claims regarding his involvement in May 9 incidents.

Hammad Azhar denying the claim of involvement in May 9 protests claimed it as a pack of lies. He said that he had only tweeted for Liberty gathering. He said that he wasn’t even in Lahore, so how could the geo-fencing locate him at Jinnah House.

In a statement posted on social networking site Twitter, Hammad Azhar asked to prove that he had called any one person regarding May 9 incidents.
