Lahore: The Naanbai Association has announced a strike across Punjab including Lahore starting tomorrow.
According to President of the Naanbai Association, Aftab Gul, the district administration in Lahore has remained silent on our demands. We have waited for a month and we will not wait any longer. From tomorrow, we will close all tandoors across Punjab.
The Naanbai Association has demanded the issuance of a new notification regarding the price of bread and roti.
The President of the Naanbai Association has also demanded that the price of bread be deregulated and flour be provided at subsidized rates for cheaper bread production.
