Reports of Israel’s aggression against Iran are being reviewed, Foreign Office Pakistan

During the weekly briefing, Foreign Office spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch stated that they are closely monitoring media reports concerning Israeli actions against Iran and the overall situation in the region.

In a press release issued by the Foreign Office, the spokesperson noted that they are assessing the reports of Israel’s recent aggression towards Iran in response to Iran’s drone attack on Israel following the Israeli strike on the Iranian embassy in Syria on April 13.

It’s worth noting that today, on April 19, the Israeli military reportedly carried out actions in Iran’s Isfahan province. However, Iran has denied these missile attacks, raising concerns about heightened tensions in the Middle East.

Discussing the recent visit of the Saudi Arabian delegation to Pakistan, Baloch highlighted its success, attributing it to the Prime Minister’s prior visit to Saudi Arabia. She mentioned Saudi Arabia’s commitment to collaborate on various sectors in Pakistan, including industry and water resources.

Furthermore, Baloch mentioned that both countries’ Foreign Ministers agreed on a ceasefire in Gaza. She acknowledged the significance of the Prime Minister’s meeting with Prince Mohammed bin Salman during his visit to Saudi Arabia.
