Due to the persistent heavy rains in Balochistan, the Education Department has announced the closure of schools for two more days. The decision, made in response to the ongoing emergency situation caused by the heavy rains, affects both public and private schools in affected districts. Secretary of Secondary Education Saleh Nasir issued a notification stating that government schools in rainy districts, including the provincial capital Quetta, will remain closed on April 15 and 16. This closure comes as part of measures taken to address the state of emergency declared in areas impacted by the heavy rainfall.
