Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori announces free bikes, phones for victims of street crime

Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori has stated that free bikes and phones would be distributed as presents to victims of street crime in Karachi.

According to Tessori, nearly 1,700 motorbikes were stolen in Karachi last year. Those impacted may acquire replacement motorcycles and smartphones at the Governor House by producing their original Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs) and First Information Reports (FIRs).

Tessori recognized national problems and highlighted continued attempts to address public concerns. He also announced the issuance of health insurance cards, which would provide citizens with medical coverage of up to Rs500,000, with eligibility depending on specific criteria.

Additionally, Tessori emphasized his devotion to public service, citing activities such as delivering rations to 250,000 people, hosting iftar at the Governor’s House for 300,000 people, and impending plans for free IT courses.
