The hearing for the Election Commission’s appeal against the Peshawar High Court’s decision is scheduled for tomorrow, as fixed by the Supreme Court.
Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa will lead the 3-member bench, with Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar and Justice Musrat Hilali as the other members.
The Election Commission is seeking the annulment of the Peshawar High Court’s decision, which mandated the return of the bat sign to PTI.
The commission claimed that PTI failed to conduct intra-party elections following the Election Act.
