Talha Yunus releases solo album ‘Shikwa’, collaborates with Talha Anjum on ‘Don’t Care’ track

Talha Yunus, known as one half of the popular Pakistani hip-hop duo Young Stunners, has released his first solo album titled “Shikwa.”

Yunus shared the album’s cover and tracklist on Instagram, showcasing a stylish black and white design featuring him in a suit with a cigarette, along with a gangster-themed aesthetic.

The album includes ten tracks, with notable collaborations such as “Don’t Care” featuring his Young Stunners partner Talha Anjum, as well as tracks with Shareh and JJ47.

Yunus’s solo venture follows his previous collaborations, including a recent feature on Asim Azhar’s debut album “Bematlab.”

Azhar showed his support for Yunus’s new album on Instagram, expressing excitement for its release.

In 2023, Young Stunners achieved a milestone by performing at the same event as American rapper Travis Scott.

Indian rapper ‘King’ announced this on social media, highlighting the global recognition South Asian artists are gaining.

This recognition was further solidified when Yunus and Anjum performed at the Wireless Festival Abu Dhabi in March 2023 alongside Travis Scott and other international hip-hop artists.

This achievement reflects the growing influence and recognition of Pakistani hip-hop artists on the global stage.
