Two men were arrested by police in Lahore on Friday for torturing a child by chaining him up.
Acting on a complaint, SP Akhlaqullah Tarar instructed SHO Inspector Qamar Abbas to apprehend the suspects and rescue the child.
The police promptly took action and arrested the two individuals who had subjected the minor to abuse while restraining him with chains.
The suspects, identified as Farooq and Adnan, were taken into custody.
Video evidence shows the culprits tying the child with chains and mistreating him.
The arrested individuals are facing charges for illegally confining and abusing the child.
An investigation into the matter is underway.
