Australian company Migaloo has embarked on a groundbreaking project to create a super yacht that can adopt the shape of a submarine. Dubbed the “Migaloo M5,” this unique vessel is set to redefine luxury travel on the seas.

With a length of 165 meters and a width of 23 meters, the M5 will boast remarkable capabilities. It will be able to cruise at a speed of 20 knots on the water’s surface and an impressive 12 knots underwater offering unparalleled versatility in navigation.

Covering a distance of up to 15,000 kilometers, the M5 will seamlessly blend hybrid and yacht technologies. Its exterior design will be customizable to the owner’s preferences while the interior will feature an array of amenities including a helipad, swimming pool, gym, art gallery, cinema and more.

To ensure the safety and security of its occupants, Migaloo has partnered with an American company to install state-of-the-art security systems making the M5 as secure as a fortress.

While details about the pricing are yet to be disclosed, it is estimated that the M5 will start at around $2 billion considering the comprehensive range of facilities offered.

The utilization of cutting-edge technologies will prioritize passenger safety guaranteeing peace of mind for those travelling underwater.

As of now, it remains uncertain when this concept of luxury submarine travel will become a reality. However, with Migaloo’s vision and innovation, the future of high-end maritime exploration looks promising.
