Two men shot dead their stepmother in Mingora’s Sohrab Khan Chowk.
According to police sources, Iqbal and Israr, sons of Momin Khan and residents of Sakhakot, shot dead Bakhtai, wife of Muhammad Yar.
Police promptly arrested Israr and Momin Khan and recovered the weapon.
Police said that the victim had gotten married with her choice and had come to Swat from Sakhakot.
According to sources, the incident took place in broad daylight. A man came to Sohrab Khan Chowk and opened fire on a woman sitting in a rickshaw.
Police cordoned off the area after the incident and arrested the accused along with a murder weapon just a few kilometres away from Sohrab Khan Chowk.
