The arrest warrant for Mahmood Khan Achakzai, Chairman of the Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PMAP), has been put on hold.
Yesterday, a Judicial Magistrate issued an arrest warrant for Mahmood Khan Achakzai, who leads PMAP.
Today, the investigating officer informed the court that Mahmood Khan Achakzai, the head of PMAP, did not comply with the warrant.
As a result, the Judicial Magistrate decided to suspend Mahmood Khan’s arrest warrant until the next hearing, scheduled for May 31.
It’s worth noting that the district administration filed a case against Mahmood Achakzai on March 11 for allegedly trespassing on official property.
