Renowned legal expert Aitzaz Ahsan has said that Arshad Sharif was an asset of Salman Iqbal and the establishment and they do not seem to have any connection in his murder.
Aitzaz Ahsan while talking to the media said that Arshad Sharif’s murder was planned and the way he was killed someone was very angry about it. He said that Salman Iqbal, ARY and the establishment do not seem to have any connection in the murder of Arshad Sharif as he was their asset.
The legal expert said that Rana Sanaullah should also present evidence of the allegations he was making. He said that Rana Sanaullah should first respond to 18 FIRs against Arshad Sharif. He questioned how the police complaint was registered in the presence of Arshad Sharif’s mother. It was wrong to register a case on the complaint of the police in the case of Arshad’s mother, he said.
Aitzaz Ahsan also said that if so many cases were registered against him then he will also go abroad, Arshad Sharif’s murder was a contract job. He asked who his enemy in Kenya was, and someone has paid money. The legal expert said that it would not take long for Arshad Sharif’s murder case to be solved, his laptop and cell phone could have been traced in eight days.
