COAS visits Peshawar and laid floral wreath at Shahuada monument: ISPR

Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Peshawar and laid a floral wreath at the Shahuada monument after reaching Corps Headquarters.

On Wednesday, according to Inter-Services Public Relations Pakistan (ISPR), COAS appreciated the formation for monumental efforts in achieving peace and stability.

COAS also addressed officers and men of the Peshawar corps.

COAS said we owe it to the sacrifices of our Shuhada for providing a secure and enabling environment for socio-economic development in Newly Merged Districts in particular and KP in General.

Earlier, COAS was received by Lieutenant General Hassan Azhar Hayat, Commander of Peshawar Corps on arrival at Corps Headquarters.
