The CTD officials reported that the terrorists had crossed into Punjab from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, showing the extent of their range and mobility. The firefight between the security forces and the terrorists resulted in the elimination of the two militants.

Additionally, CTD officials disclosed that a significant amount of explosives was confiscated from the terrorists following the operation. The recovered explosives could have been potentially used to carry out devastating attacks on innocent civilians and critical infrastructure.

Further investigation into the background of the slain terrorists revealed that they were members of a banned organization. The officials determined that these individuals were responsible for orchestrating attacks on sensitive installations, posing a significant threat to national security.

The successful neutralization of these terrorists marks a significant victory in the ongoing fight against terrorism in the region.
