Dollar becomes more expensive in interbank market

Karachi: Today, a rise in the value of the American currency was recorded against the Pakistani rupee in the interbank market.

On the third day of the business week, there was an increase of 2 paisas in the value of the American currency in the interbank market causing the dollar to close at Rs. 278.39.

It should be noted that yesterday, the dollar closed at Rs. 278.37 in the interbank market.

On the other hand, in the open market, the dollar is being sold at Rs. 279.80.
