Dating back to September 2023, Fareed Nemouchi, a former bodyguard of Mian Nawaz Sharif, faces charges for spitting on a woman in London.
The altercation unfolded when the woman, while near the vehicle carrying Nawaz Sharif, accused him of corruption, prompting the driver and Nemouchi to close the window, leading to the alleged act.
Charged with common assault based on the complaint filed by the woman, Panzai Cheema, Nemouchi has adamantly asserted his innocence, entering a plea of not guilty at Westminster Court.
Amidst the legal proceedings, Nemouchi’s lawyer, Moin Khan, remains steadfast in his defense, vowing to demonstrate to the court that his client acted within the confines of the law, contending that Nemouchi was safeguarding an individual under perceived threat to life.
