Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister says, PDM-2 initiative to enhance Sharif Family’s economic fortunes

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has expressed his skepticism regarding the potential economic benefits of the PDM-2 alliance, suggesting that it would primarily serve to bolster the financial interests of the Sharif family rather than contributing to the overall prosperity of the nation.

In a separate development, proceedings in the Audio Leaks case involving Chief Minister Gandapur were conducted at the District and Sessions Courts of Islamabad. Following his appearance in court, Chief Minister Gandapur was granted permission to depart by Additional Session Judge Abdul Ghafoor Kakar upon completion of attendance.

While it was anticipated that the indictment would be filed during the hearing, the court has decided to postpone the indictment until May 25, as per the statement provided by the legal representatives involved in the case.

It should be noted that a case has been lodged against Chief Minister Gandapur at the Golra police station, adding another layer of legal complexity to his current situation.

Speaking to the press outside the court premises, Chief Minister Gandapur reiterated his doubts regarding the efficacy of the PDM-2 experiment, asserting his belief that while the Sharif family’s economic fortunes might see improvement, such gains would not necessarily translate to broader economic prosperity for Pakistan.

In the midst of these proceedings, a journalist queried Chief Minister Gandapur about the alleged discord between Mohsin Naqvi and Shehbaz Sharif. In response, Chief Minister Gandapur deflected the question, suggesting that the parties involved should be directly consulted to ascertain the veracity of any potential disagreements.
