NFL player Travis Kelce is set to host a new game show on Amazon Prime Video called “Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?” As per the BBC, the show will feature contestants tackling primary school-level trivia questions alongside famous guests.
This spin-off from the popular Fox series “Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?” debuted in 2007.
Kelce, 34, who is also recognized as Taylor Swift’s boyfriend, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “I grew up loving game shows, and I’m excited to be following in the footsteps of so many TV icons by hosting my very first one.”
He added, “The original show is a great success, so to be bringing a new format with everyone’s favorite celebrities to the screen will definitely be entertaining.”
Kelce, a three-time Super Bowl winner with the Kansas City Chiefs, emphasized his passion for game shows and the anticipated enjoyment the series will provide.
