PTI has filed yet another appeal to register a case against PML-N leader Rana Sanaullah. The appeal was filed by PTI lawyers, including Sindh’s vice president Khalid Mehmood advocate, in the district and session court. The station head officer and senior sub-police have been made parties in this case.
The appeal states that Rana Sanaullah’s threatening statements against Imran Khan, as heard on various channels and social media platforms, warrant a case to be registered against him.
The appeal requests the city police to take necessary action and register a case against the PML-N leader.
PTI seeks case against Rana Sanaullah again.
It is worth mentioning that a previous plea by PTI on this matter was rejected by the court.
