Saad Rafique considers Ali Amin’s threat as a serious matter

Khawaja Saad Rafique, a prominent leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), has expressed grave concern over the recent statements made by Ali Amin Gandapur, the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), regarding a potential threat to attack Islamabad. Rafique took to the social media platform ‘X’ to convey his apprehensions about Gandapur’s remarks.

He highlighted the history of confrontations between the PTI-led KP government and the federal authorities, citing previous instances of aggression aimed at seizing control of Islamabad.

Rafique stated that such actions only led to negative outcomes, including increased animosity, economic downturn, and societal discord.

Rafique further warned that any attempt by the PTI-led KP government to forcefully occupy and attack Islamabad would be met with strong opposition. He stressed that authoritarian behavior would not be tolerated and urged the PTI leadership to exercise restraint and promote harmony instead of fostering animosity.
