She revealed that the dress was created by repurposing her beloved wedding gown, adorned with intricate beading and floral applique.
Wearing the revamped dress to an award show where she was honored as ‘Leaders of Change (female),’ Samantha emphasized the importance of sustainability in her caption.
She also shared a video in collaboration with Kresha Bajaj, showcasing the transformation process of her wedding gown into the new black dress.
The video depicted the careful removal of embellishments, dyeing the fabric black, and crafting a hand-embroidered corset-style bodice adorned with floral appliques.
