A teacher without proper teaching skills

I am writing to express my concern about a teacher who does not have proper teaching skills. The teacher is unable to explain lessons clearly, so many students find it difficult to understand the topics. Because of this, students lose interest in their studies and their academic performance is affected.

I kindly request you to arrange proper training for the teacher or appoint a qualified teacher who can teach effectively. Good teaching skills are very important for students’ success and confidence.
