Aamir Khan plans luxury family residence after third marriage

Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has reportedly taken another major step in his personal life following his recent third marriage by planning a unique residential project designed to keep his extended family under one roof.

According to Indian media reports, Aamir Khan recently married his longtime friend and business partner, Gauri Spratt, in a private ceremony attended by close relatives and a small circle of friends. The wedding was reportedly kept simple and intimate, reflecting the actor’s preference for maintaining privacy in his personal affairs.

Following the marriage, reports suggest that Aamir is preparing to develop a large family residence in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill neighborhood. The project is expected to bring together several members of his family in a single residential complex while still offering each household its own private living space.

The proposed development involves the redevelopment of two adjoining residential buildings, Bella Vista and Marina Apartments. Aamir already owns multiple apartments in Bella Vista and is said to have invested more than ₹100 crore to acquire additional flats as part of the ambitious project.

The redevelopment plan reportedly includes combining several apartments into a spacious sky villa that will serve as the centerpiece of the complex. The design aims to balance privacy with convenience, allowing family members to live close to one another while maintaining separate residences.

Reports indicate that Aamir’s elder son, Junaid Khan, will have an entire floor dedicated to him. Two additional floors are expected to be reserved for Aamir, his wife Gauri Spratt, and Gauri’s son from her previous marriage.

The project is also expected to include accommodation for Aamir’s mother, Zeenat Hussain, along with his sisters, Nikhat Khan and Farhat Khan, ensuring that close family members can remain together in the same building.

In addition, reports claim that Aamir’s former wife, Kiran Rao, and their son, Azad Rao Khan, are also expected to receive a dedicated apartment within the residential project. The arrangement is said to reflect the actor’s commitment to maintaining close family ties despite changes in personal relationships.

While neither Aamir Khan nor his representatives have officially commented on the redevelopment plans, the reported project has generated widespread interest, with many viewing it as an unconventional approach to modern family living that prioritizes togetherness, privacy, and long-term family connections.
