Ananya Raj dies at 27 after year-long health struggle

“With great pain, we have to announce that Ananya passed away in the wee hours of 15th July. She passed away peacefully in sleep,” her family said in the statement.

Beyond Bollywood, Ananya also explored regional cinema and worked across different film industries. Her credits included the trilingual movie Madrasi Gang, reflecting her involvement in both Hindi and regional productions.
