Dubai Marina is soon to house the world’s tallest residential tower, hosting Six Senses branded residences expected to be completed by 2028.
With 122 floors, the tower will prioritize wellness and sustainability alongside lavish amenities.
Developed in collaboration with Dubai real estate firm Select Group, the project aims to redefine luxury living with a focus on residents’ holistic well-being, according to Select Group CEO Rahail Aslam.
The tower will offer 251 residences, including deluxe units, penthouses, and ‘Sky Mansions’.
Each residence will feature personalized wellness features, and the tower will include luxury amenities like infinity pools, ice baths, and sound healing rooms.
This project builds upon the successful partnership between Select Group and Six Senses, following their previous collaboration on Six Senses Residences The Palm, Dubai.
