Heavy rainfall and cool breeze in Islamabad and Rawalpindi

Islamabad: The federal capital and Rawalpindi are experiencing intermittent rainfall leading to a surge in cool breeze in the twin cities.

According to the Met Office, Islamabad and its surrounding areas will remain partially cloudy with the possibility of thunderstorms, gusts of wind and lightning accompanied by further rainfall.

As per reports, there is also a chance of more rainfall with thunder and lightning in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab.

In Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan and Northern Balochistan, thunderstorms and rainfall are expected along with gusty winds while in the southern regions of the country, the anticipation is for dust storms and gusty winds.
