Matthew Perry’s mother remembers son on 57th birthday

Matthew Perry’s mother, Suzanne Morrison, has remembered her late son with an emotional tribute on what would have been his 57th birthday.

Perry, best known for playing Chandler Bing on the hit sitcom Friends, was born on August 19, 1969. To mark his birthday this year, Matthew Perry House shared a heartfelt message from Morrison, accompanied by a monochromatic photograph showing her feeding Perry as a baby.

Perry died on October 28, 2023, at the age of 54. His death was determined to have resulted from the acute effects of ketamine, with other contributing factors also reported. His passing shocked fans around the world and prompted widespread tributes to the actor, whose portrayal of Chandler Bing had made him one of television’s most recognizable comedy stars.
