Speaking about the tournament, Imad Butt said the team has undergone productive training sessions despite having limited preparation time. He noted that preparations ideally should have started earlier, but the players have worked hard to maximize the available period. The captain added that the squad was provided with quality facilities and is determined to translate its training efforts into strong performances during the competition.

Reflecting on recent matches, Imad acknowledged that Pakistan faced setbacks and learned important lessons from those experiences. He explained that the team management and players have focused on improving both defensive organization and attacking play to address weaknesses exposed in previous games. According to him, the squad has worked extensively on these areas and hopes to show visible improvement in the Pro League.

The captain also said that the absence of players Sufyan Khan and Hannan Shahid will be felt, as both have been important contributors to the team.
