LAHORE: The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has announced 56 vacancies for Master Trainers across Punjab, offering selected candidates a monthly salary of Rs112,500 along with other allowances under the organisation’s HR rules.
The recruitment will be conducted through Central Testing Service Pakistan (CTS). The positions will be offered on a one-year contract, which may be extended subject to satisfactory performance.
Candidates applying for the posts must have at least 16 years of education along with a B.Ed or M.Ed degree from a university recognised by the Higher Education Commission. Applicants holding MS, MPhil or PhD degrees in Education will be given preference.
The advertisement also requires candidates to have a minimum of two years of teaching experience. Previous experience as a Master Trainer or Teacher Trainer will be considered an additional advantage.
The maximum age limit for applicants is 40 years. The recruitment is restricted to candidates holding Punjab domicile, and applicants can apply for a position in their respective district according to their domicile.
The vacancies have been distributed among districts across the province. Bahawalnagar and Rahim Yar Khan have the highest number of seats, with four vacancies each, while Lodhran has three posts. Other vacancies have been allocated to districts in Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot and other divisions.
The announced quota includes 36 posts on open merit, 12 for women, five for minorities and three for persons with disabilities.
Interested candidates are required to submit their applications online through the CTS website by September 14, 2026, at 5pm. Applicants must also deposit the prescribed application fee into the designated Bank of Punjab account by the same deadline.
Candidates are required to send hard copies of their documents to CTS by September 18, 2026. Applicants who secure at least 50% marks in the written examination will be eligible for consideration for the interview stage.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. The organisation has clarified that no TA/DA will be provided to candidates appearing in the recruitment process.
