Rs2,000 challan for bike rider without helmet in Lahore

The Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) of Lahore, Amara Athar, has issued strict instructions to heavily fine motorcycle riders found without helmets in the city.

Amara Athar said that motorcycle riders must wear helmets while on the roads of Lahore, and those failing to comply will face consequences.

She announced a stringent enforcement campaign across major highways, including Canal Road and Jail Road. Any individual caught riding a motorcycle without a helmet in Lahore will be subject to a fine of Rs2,000.
