British actor Tom Hiddleston has revealed his preferred fragrance, naming Oud Royal from Giorgio Armani’s Privé collection.

Hiddleston discussed the scent in an interview with Esquire UK, in which he also spoke about his latest film, Tenzing.

The drama, directed by Jennifer Peedom, tells the story of Himalayan climber Tenzing Norgay and New Zealand mountaineer Edmund Hillary, who became the first people to reach the summit of Mount Everest in 1953. Hiddleston plays Hillary, while Genden Phuntsok portrays Norgay. Willem Dafoe also appears in the film. <Cite refs={[“turn951934search0″,”turn951934search2”]}/>

Asked about his everyday fragrance, Hiddleston praised the Armani scent.

“Giorgio Armani called Oud Royal. Yeah, it’s Armani Privé and it’s gorgeous. It’s very woody and it’s got this sort of — it’s very unusual, actually, and very male, and that’s why I like it,” he said.

Hiddleston is also expected to appear in Marvel’s Avengers: Doomsday, directed by Anthony and Joe Russo. The film is scheduled for release on December 18, 2026.
