Trump claims Iran leadership decimated, Khamenei’s son dead

US President Donald Trump has claimed that Iran’s leadership and military capabilities have suffered major losses amid the ongoing conflict.

In an interview with US media, Trump said there is a 90 percent possibility that Mojtaba Khamenei, the son of Iran’s Supreme Leader, is no longer alive.

Trump did not provide evidence for the claim. His remarks came as tensions between Washington and Tehran continue to escalate.

The US president said Iran’s military strength has been significantly weakened. He claimed that Iran’s navy, air force and air defence systems have been destroyed.

Trump also announced that the United States would carry out further attacks against Iran, warning that Tehran would face continued pressure.

He claimed that several key Iranian leaders had been killed and said the country’s top leadership had suffered serious setbacks.

Regarding Mojtaba Khamenei, Trump said there was a high possibility that he had died during the conflict.

Iranian officials have previously stated that Mojtaba Khamenei survived an airstrike but was injured and is currently receiving medical treatment.

Reports have also indicated that he did not attend recent funeral ceremonies for his father held in Iran and Iraq, increasing speculation about his condition.

The latest statements come as military tensions between the US and Iran continue to rise, with both sides exchanging attacks and issuing warnings.
