Chairing the 26th meeting of the Hardening of the State Conference, the chief minister reviewed the province’s security landscape and evaluated ongoing counterterrorism measures. He emphasized stronger coordination between federal and provincial institutions to effectively address evolving security threats.
The meeting expressed satisfaction over the progress of the joint Operation Shaban, being carried out by the Pakistan Army, Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan, and police. Participants pledged to further strengthen coordinated operations aimed at dismantling militant networks and restoring lasting peace across the province.
Tributes were paid to security personnel who lost their lives in the Hanna Urak and Mangi Dam incidents. Their sacrifices were described as a symbol of courage and dedication, with participants reaffirming their commitment to continue the fight against terrorism until militancy is eliminated.
Addressing the gathering, Bugti vowed that terrorists and their facilitators would be brought to justice, stressing that there would be no space in Balochistan for elements working against the state.
