As the nation marks the first anniversary of Pakistan’s decisive success in Operation Bunyan Al Marsoos, Pakistan Army officer Captain Arbaz Khan has shared his memories of the fierce frontline action during “Marka-e-Haq,” highlighting the courage, discipline, and unwavering resolve of Pakistani soldiers.

Captain Arbaz Khan, known for his distinguished service and battlefield leadership, said the operation further strengthened his confidence and commitment to defending the homeland.

“My courage increased even more after Marka-e-Haq,” he said while reflecting on the tense moments faced by troops during the confrontation with India.

Describing the battlefield situation, Captain Arbaz said the environment was extremely challenging, with enemy surveillance and aerial threats creating constant pressure on the troops stationed at the front.

He recalled that Indian drones were actively flying over his gun platform when his unit received operational orders. Despite the high-risk circumstances, he said, the soldiers remained calm and fully focused on their mission.

“Even in that situation, we responded in a way that reflected our professional training, discipline, and preparedness,” he stated.

According to security sources, the Pakistan Army’s swift and effective response to India’s Operation Sindoor dealt a major blow to the enemy’s plans and demonstrated the armed forces’ readiness to counter any aggression.

Military officials have described Operation Bunyan Al Marsoos as a symbol of national strength, strategic planning, and the exceptional coordination of Pakistan’s defense institutions.

Captain Arbaz Khan’s bravery and leadership during the operation earned him the prestigious Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Commendation Card, one of the highest recognitions awarded for extraordinary courage, devotion to duty, and service beyond the call of responsibility.

The award reflects not only his personal valor but also the sacrifices and commitment of countless officers and soldiers who stood firm in defense of the country.
