Hollywood actor and filmmaker Justin Baldoni has reportedly sold his Los Angeles property for $2.1 million, marking another major change in the actor’s real estate journey following his family’s move to Nashville earlier this year.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom property is located in Culver City, California. The house was sold privately in August without being publicly listed on the market. Built in 1952, the property sits on a 5,736-square-foot lot and features several attractive amenities, including a swimming pool, wood-vaulted ceilings and modern finishes.
Baldoni, 42, originally purchased the house in 2017 for approximately $1.04 million. He later spent three years renovating the property, making several improvements to transform it into a comfortable family home.
In 2020, the actor shared details of the renovation process with his followers on Instagram. He revealed that he had been focusing on arranging and improving the house according to Feng Shui principles. Baldoni described the experience as a labour of love, showing how much personal attention he had invested in creating the home.
The recent sale comes after a significant relocation for Baldoni and his family. In January, the actor moved to Nashville, Tennessee, with his wife, Emily, and their children. The family reportedly purchased a new property in the city for $3.4 million as they began a new chapter away from Los Angeles.
The move has been described as an opportunity for the family to enjoy a fresh start. People close to the family previously indicated that they remained strong, positive and grounded despite the challenges they had experienced in recent years.
Despite selling his Culver City residence, Baldoni still has another property in California. He owns a five-bedroom Spanish-style house in Ojai, which was listed for sale in April for $8.88 million. However, the property was removed from the market last month, leaving its future uncertain.
Baldoni’s relocation and property decisions have attracted attention amid his highly publicised legal dispute with his It Ends With Us co-star Blake Lively.
The controversy began in December 2024 when Lively accused Baldoni of sexual harassment during the filming of their movie and alleged that he had organised a smear campaign against her. Baldoni strongly denied the allegations and rejected the claims made against him.
Following the accusations, Baldoni filed a $400 million lawsuit against Lively and her husband, actor Ryan Reynolds. His legal action included allegations of defamation and extortion. However, a judge dismissed his lawsuit in June 2025.
The legal proceedings continued into 2026, with another significant development taking place in April. A judge dismissed most of Lively’s claims, including her sexual harassment allegations, ahead of the scheduled trial.
In May 2026, the two sides reached a settlement approximately two weeks before the trial was due to begin. Both parties expressed hope that the matter could finally come to an end and that everyone involved would be able to move forward constructively and peacefully.
Meanwhile, Baldoni’s reported $2.1 million property sale has added another development to his changing personal and professional life as he settles into his new home in Nashville.
